This spring I attended annual DPG meeting in the city of Giessen, Germany. The talk I presented during this meeting was on my recent publication, Numerical-relativity-informed effective-one-body model for black-hole–neutron-star mergers with higher modes and spin precession.

This month I was very honored to be invited to two seminar talks in the UK. The first one being in the University of Southampton, where I gave a talk as part of their
Gravity Seminar series.
My talk was based on my recent publication, Second release of the CoRe database of binary neutron star merger waveforms from one of my previous posts. I mainly focused on waveform accuracy in numerical relativity (NR) simulations and reviewed techniques to ensure that our NR waveforms are actually accurate enough for parameter estimation or waveform modelling purposes.
Before the holidays, I had the opportunity to give a talk for the AstroCoffee Seminar series in Frankfurt. In this talk, I presented the black-hole–neutron star ringdown waveform model from my latest publication Phys. Rev. D 107, 084026. During my visit, I had the chance to have interesting discussions with the group in addition to possible collaborations using the TEOBResumS model.
This week I was very happy to attend the European Einstein Toolkit Meeting 2023 in Aveiro, Portugal as an invited speaker.
